Yoga can help you focus and cultivate mindfulness and helps shift your awareness to the sensations, thoughts, and emotions accompanied by a given pose or exercise. Yoga is a way of life rather than a specific practice. It teaches mindfulness and stillness which are vital in life. Breath is the main tool to transform an individual.
Exercise Physiologists are university-trained health professionals. They have knowledge and skills to prescribe and design a safe and effective exercise program for patients with sub-acute and or chronic medical conditions.
Exercise Physiologists work hand in hand with general physicians and other treating health professionals. At Anandam Wellness we have a team of naturopaths, acupuncturists, hypnotherapists, and exercises physiologist working together and helping people to get better.

WEDNESDAY: 6:00 - 7:00 PM - LEVEL 1-2 YOGA
FRIDAY: 6:30 - 7:30 AM - BEGINNER'S YOGA
WEDNESDAY: 7:15 PM ONWARDS
SATURDAY: 7:45 AM ONWARDS
